| Quality control: we have Quality control plans that cover the whole production process, from the raw material incoming to the issue of Certificate of Analysis after the goods release. We perform careful checks during the production, especially concerning the visual aspect, the filling level, the sealing tightness and the easy opening. We assure a complete traceability for all our materials from the raw material to the finished unit-doses. We have procedures for the operations of line clearance between a production and the next one in order to avoid the contamination/mix up of bulks. During all our productions, at regular intervals, we retain samples. The samples are kept for 6 years after the date of production. The secondary packaging is out-sourced to external suppliers who work according to our procedures. The suppliers are audited from time to time. |
